    We represent properties in New York’s Lower Hudson Valley counties from Manhattan to the Greater Metro suburbs of Rockland and Westchester. Further north, we cover The Mid-Hudson Valley including Orange County, Sullivan, Ulster, Putnam and Dutchess Counties.

  • What is an ISA (Inside Sales Agent)?

    The ISA is a highly skilled salesperson who is both comfortable and productive spending 80-90% of their time on the phone. All incoming leads are assigned to this person for immediate follow-up. As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at Global Property Systems (GPS) you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by GPS. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and / or Buyer Specialists. GPS provides all training necessary to enable you to successfully perform in the ISA position.


    You must be able to work independently, in a quiet environment of your choice in order to hit target goals.

    This position can be done from anywhere.

    All you need is a phone, wifi and a laptop or tablet

    1. Communicate effectively with peers, managers, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.

    High Performer Key Activites

    1. Practice, memorize and internalize scripts for at least 2-4 hours a week.
    2. Prospect for new clients on a daily basis for 3+ hours a day.
    3. Make 100-150 calls per week calling on expired and for-sale-by-owner listings.
    4. Conduct Follow Ups
    5. Manage 50+ new leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8-10 or more buying and / or listing appointments weekly.
    6. Manage contact database system.
    7. Willing to be held accountable for goals/results.
    8. Attend training and establish daily role-play partners.
    9. Track weekly goals and progress.
    10. Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
